Traction

Traction devices have been used for centuries both in primitive and in modern medical circumstances for a variety of curative as well as aesthetic reasons. Applying the principal of traction to penis stretching has been a natural, and obvious development in penis enlargement, in fact it’s the oldest, most central part to the whole process of natural penis enlargement.

Uses of Traction

To repair bone and tissue damage after breaks and sprains, consistent stretching is undergone to strengthen and enlarge muscles surrounding the bone as well as promote tissue growth and force the bone back into place.
In Japan, braces have been for thousands of years, worn to train the feet of women, particularly Geishas into a particular (aesthetically pleasing) shape.  These braces have served as models for penis stretching apparatus.

In Africa various tribes have been known to wear metal or bone castings to increase the length of desired body parts such as neck, legs, arms, and yes, even penis stretching.

In Burma traditional tribes have consistently used traction to increase the length of their necks. Long necks have been seen as an attractive physical feature. (see pictures below courtesy of X4 Labs)

A similar principal is used in modern ear piercing techniques where consistent stretching of the ear lobe causes the tissue around to actually grow to a new shape and size to suit the piercing.

Traction is a hot topic on any site discussing penis stretching devices, and really any penis enlargement site at all, the reason being, it’s pretty much the central practice in enlargement, from jelquing to extenders to penis exercises, the principal of traction is the key to it all.

Bigger Penis Terminology

Hey,

I was posting on a bigger penis forum in response to a guy asking about whether people were referring to erect or flaccid length when describing their penis growth and I promised I’d post a full terminology explanation here. This is something I get asked about a lot, so thought everyone out there could benefit.

Here’s a full breakdown of commonly used short forms and terminology to do with PE (penis enlargement) and measurement:

Penis Measurement Abbreviations

BP - Bone Pressed is the penis growth measurement method used by doctors and researchers. We use it in PE to measure our progress. Measurements are taken from the pubic bone to the tip of the penis.

BPEL - Bone Pressed Erect Length - In an erect state measure from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans.

BPFSL - Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length - This is the preferred measurement to track bigger penis growth gains. In a flaccid state stretch your penis straight out in front of you. The penis growth measurement is taken from the public bone to the tip of the glans.

BPFL - Bone Pressed Flaccid Length - In a flaccid state press the ruler to the pubic bone while the edge rests against the side of the bigger penis. The measurement is taken from the public bone to the tip of the glans.

EG - Erect Girth - Measurements for EG are usually taken mid-shaft although some advocate that it should be taken at the widest point of the penis. Others maintain girth should be measured at the head, middle and base. Whatever you choose, be consistent.

EL - Erect Length. - The length of a penis in its erect state.

FG - Flaccid girth - the circumference of a soft penis.

FL - Flaccid length - the length of a stretched soft penis.

MSEG - Mid-Shaft Erect Girth

NBPFSL - Non Bone Presses Flaccid Stretch Length - A measurement method used whereby the ruler is placed along the top edge of shaft and along the shaft, the end of ruler rests against the fat pad without pressing the ruler to the pubic bone, stretching the penis out to make the measurement.

NBPEL - Non Bone Pressed Erect Length - A measurement method used whereby the ruler is placed along the side of the erect penis shaft, the end of ruler rests against the fat pad without pressing the ruler to the pubic bone.

SL - Stretched Length. To measure stretched length grasp the penis and pull outward.
