The Almighty Three Tiered Approach to Penis Enhancement

Here it is gentlemen. The world of penis enhancement according to me. My credo, and for those of you who are familiar with my writings this will be no surprise, has been since the beginning: The three tiered approach is the be all and end all to achieving penis growth. Put all your eggs in one basket and you may grow, but diversify and you’ll not only see penis growth but better penis health, better sex, faster growth and better, more controlled orgasms.

What is the three tiered approach to penis enhancement?

  • A daily penis patch or pill
  • A regular penis exercise regime including jelquing and stretching
  • A stretching device

I talk to, and advise tons of men who are engaged in penis enhancement on a regular basis. What I find myself repeating more than anything to newbies and veterans alike is things like, “what you’re only wearing the penis patch…no exercises…no stretcher?”

The approach people take more often than not is to start with a single method and wait and wait to see the results they’re looking for. For most men what they’re looking for is quick growth. I have two problems with this.

Problem 1

If you’re only looking for quick penis growth you are overlooking the number one factor in improving your sex life and sexual confidence: better orgasms. You may get bigger, but until you can control your sperm, and tell the little fellas who’s boss, you won’t be able to pleasure your partner the way you want to. And until you’ve experienced a harder erection, and a stronger, more intense semen flow and erection you surely can’t know how good sex can get. This is why I advocate focusing on overall penis health rather than just getting big.

Problem 2

Just popping a pill and hoping to see major gains right away is the lazy man’s approach, and won’t get you where you want to be. This is one of the myths that companies selling the pill or patch love to nurture. Though these products are in fact central to any good penis enhancement program they work best in combination with—guess what…hard work and exercise!

No single method can match the gains of a combined approach. The benefits of each are multiplied by the inclusion of the next.

Consider the major, and unique benefits of a good pill formula:

  • cell growth
  • increased oxygen to the penis, increased blood flow
  • healthier semen
  • higher sex drive
  • orgasm control

Much of this you simply can’t achieve without the active herbs and supplements present in the pill or patch. If you’re only stretching you’re missing most of the action on the internal level. On the flipside however, if you’re only wearing a patch, taking in these vital supplements, but not stretching you’re doing the equivalent of eating a weightlifter’s diet without actually weightlifting!

What the diet does is provide the physical scenario for the exercise to have maximum effect. Take in the herbal formula and put it to work by jelquing, stretching and doing kegels. The combination is killer. What does it kill? Small penis syndrome. What does it achieve: penis growth and overall sexual health. Now that’s penis enhancement done right.

Jelquing #3

Jelquing Techniques

I wanted to share this stuff on jelquing that I found today on a great forum called Thunder’s Place.  It’s fantastic advanced advice that’s hard to find.  So enjoy, and thanks to the Thunder!

Grip

The grip can be applied in many ways. However it is applied, there are some important common factors.

Grip Factors

  • Strength - Matching strength and diameter of the grip to erection level to avoid changing pressure as a stroke progresses.
  • Consistency - The grip should be consistent throughout the stroke. It is easy to subconsciously increase or rotate the grip part way through a stroke.
  • Starting at the base - The grip should be attached as low down as possible

The standard OK grip can be applied in two ways, palms up (a standard OK) and palms down (an overhand OK). Though the grip is generally referred to as an OK grip there is no requirement for the forefinger and thumb to meet, what is important is that it traps blood effectively. To that end if it works to grip the end of the forefinger with the thumb or to use thumb and forefinger in a U shaped grip it is important to proceed with what works best. A U shaped (pinch grip) applied vertically will tend to work the corpora carvenosa (CC) most, encouraging girth gains.

If there is no intention to attempt bend correction the grip should be applied straight. If gentle work to help correct a bend is required then the grip can be applied diagonally with the leading edge of the grip on the inside of the bend. Do not expect dramatic correction, this is a gradual and limited process.

The effects of jelqing are a combination of stretching and internal pressure. If stretching and length are important application of a grip that less effectively traps blood but is stronger is sensible. This can be achieved with rotation of the grip at the point of application. Also if the first grip becomes a short stretch at the glans whilst the second grip is applied this is likely to have positive length effects.

Care should be taken to avoid damaging the dorsal nerve which runs along the top of the penis in the middle. There is a particularly sensitive nerve bundle in the top middle of the penis just below the glans and this should be avoided, either by terminating the stroke an inch before the glans or avoiding the area with a grip biased to sideways pressure. An overhand OK, locating the webbing between thumb and forefinger centrally is likely to be least likely to cause nerve damage and can fairly safely allow the stroke to be continued all the way to the glans.

To ensure that the entire penis is worked out thoroughly the grip should be varied during the course of a session. Mixing up overhand and standard OK grips and changing rotation of the grip at the point of application is a good habit to gain.

Its best to work up to full intensity. Even with a good warm wrap, a lot of spotting can be avoided by applying a low intensity grip initially and building it up during the first minute or so.

Angle and Position

An upward angle (penis pointing up toward the ceiling) will put most of the stretching gain into the tunica which is harder to stretch than the ligaments, so it can be used to try and minimize length gains (in combination with high level erections). An upward angle is associate with a standard OK grip. It is harder to grip close to the base using this angle.

A downward angle (penis pointing toward the floor) will place more strain on the ligaments. Its generally associated with an overhand OK grip and many people find it easier to both achieve a grip nearer the base and a greater pump effect from each stroke.

With a standard OK, stroking with the right hand whilst pulling the shaft to the left, and with the left hand pulling to the right, will apply stretch to the ligaments on one side at a time benefiting length. Pulling in the same direction as the hand in use with an overhand OK will have similar effects.

Some find that jelqing whilst standing increases the initial pressure of blood in the penis and thus the effectiveness. Similarly jelqing in a sitting position with the legs raised above the level of the penis should help. This will also encourage a slumped back which will allow easier access to the base of the penis and increase the downward angle when jelqing down.

Stroke

The speed of each stroke is extremely important. Stroke times of less than 3 seconds should be avoided. It is very easy to start at a good rate but increase to masturbation speeds if concentration is lost. Timing the stroke rate (either by counting ( one - one thousand, two - one thousand, three - one thousand) or with a watch or metronome is a good way to ensure that the speed is constant.

It is possible to increase the strength of the grip without encouraging a ramping of pressure during the stroke by lengthening the stroke time.

To encourage length gains many people end each stroke in a short light stretch (often unconsciously), very similar to a JAI stretch.

Back to Basics

Today I wanted get right back to the core of the whole thing and discuss what penis enlargement is all about.  Why’s it so popular?  Why is it important for so many men?

A below average penis length can often trigger serious psychological problems in many men. That’s the facts.  The argument can go on and on as to whether or not the size of a penis physically matters but the fact remains that knowing one is small in relation to others can seriously affect a man’s confidence and self perception.

For this reason, penis enlargement methods have become seriously important to millions of men, and influential in the betterment of their lifestyles.  After sticking to a rigorous penis enhancement regiment for a period of roughly six months, most men experience:

  • Increased confidence
  • Increased sex drive
  • Stronger orgasms
  • Longer, more intense sex
  • An improvement in social life and overall happiness

It’s simple. Rid yourself of a nagging impediment to your happiness, and quality of life, happiness and confidence go up.  And that’s really, beyond mere inches, what men stand to gain from penis enhancement.  While the old concept of penis enlargement goes that it’s just about adding length for vanity sake, we’re becoming more and more aware that overall penis health can be dramatically improved as well as sex drive and orgasm control.  And as a result men begin just plain old feeling better.

Correction of Penis Curvature: An Added Bonus

curvy

Penis curvature is extremely common as most of us know.  (Most of us just need to look down to see the proof).  Most would agree a little curve is no big deal, in fact it may just allow you to reach those hard to tingle places inside her…maybe…?  While this may or may not be the case (it obviously depends on your partner) there are more serious cases of penis curvature that can be down right troublesome, and in some cases painful and dangerous.

Peyronies disease is an all too common and actually quite serious problem for many men.  It involves a progressive curvature of the penis to the point where sex can become both difficult and painful.  With increassed awareness about the disease these days, many penis enhancement programs both pills, and stretchers have been adapted to adress serious curvature.   What’s more, many exercise programs are laid out in such a way so as to simultaneously encourage penis growth and straigtening of the penis.

This is good for Peyronies sufferers but also for those of us, and those among our partners, who find our curve none too pretty.  A recent study into Jelquing has proven it to be effective in completely correcting penis curvature for 93% of men who jelqued for 5 months or more.  Not bad!

If you’re looking to correct your curve doctors suggest both jelquing and penis exercises such as a prolonged stretch along the leg opposite to the direction of your curve, as well as straight out.

While this should be your primary mode of attack you can also take penis enhancement pills (or the patch) to strengthen you penis which will greatly increase the effect of the stretches.  Stronger muscles, stronger blood flow, healthier veins and skin will help to accomplish a good, straight, and strong lightening rod.  And that’s the goal, isn’t it?
