It has been confirmed by several urologists/andrologists that penile surgery is a very invasive method as it may cause a penile retraction. Even when sometimes it does helps in terms of the aesthetics size and many other psycological factors. There are different alternatives and/or complements for this such as penis extenders. Now a days this kind of devices are no longer used only for penis enlargement. They are being tested and researched as a mere medical application for peyronie’s disease and post-surgical penile retraction.
To conclude We are not surprised to find out this man asked to be removed since post-surgical recovery can be very painfull.
