New Year’s Resolutions…Gentlemen?

2009 is the year of the Ox.

What’s that mean for us guys working on penis enhancement this year?  The year of the ox is traditionally associated with…that’s right gentlemen…work.

In the week leading up to the new year I interacted personally with each of the men who regularly post on my forum about their penis enhancement resolutions for the year.  Did they have one?  What were they hoping to acheive?

As you’d expect the goals were as diverse as the names of the men.  But what did more men express wanting than anything else, almost universally?  Well penis growth of course.  More specifically length.  No matter what penis enhancement methods guys were engaged in, be it penis pills, the penis patch, penis exercise, the main objective conrtinues to be a longer reach…and while this came as no surprise to me, I found that with a little pressing there was a lot more to the wishes, and goals of these men for the coming year.

I found that on a more basic level what most men desired was a more confident relationship to sex.  We want to feel better about what we have to offer, and we want to enjoy sex more.  So, while it’s easy to equate a bigger penis with hotter sex and a happier partner the long slong is not in itself what we really want…is it guys?

What I found at the root of most men’s new year’s resolution was a desire to have a healthier sex life.  How did they hope to acheive it?  Universally the answer was clear to anyone who had been practicing a penis enhancement method for any length of time:  Be more dedicated to your penis enhancement; now that’s a resolution. This was in fact what was at the core of every resolution.  While exactly how big everyone wanted to get, and how long they hoped to last in sex, how much harder they hoped to get…every man I talked to made a vow to be more dedicated to the penis enhancement approach they were already practicing.  They had seen results, and made the equation between how hard they worked at it and how good the results were.

And this brings me to the point I raised at the beginning (what a segway huh?).  The point is work.  What you get out of penis enhancement is directly related to how much work you put into it.

The stretching devices, the penis pills, and patches are all designed to supplement you body’s natural growth and strengthening from working the muscles, working the blood, working the cells.

My Advice for the New Year

Work.  Don’t focus on getting longer only.  Diversify. Don’t rely on one method but practice a couple at once.  Each strengthens the effects of the next. Think of what you’re doing as improving your overall sexual health.  Take an active approach.  The day you stagnate, and stop the exercises in favor of just sticking on the stretcher or slapping on the patch is the day you lose your momentum.

In the year of the Ox the goal for every man should be better sex.  I recommend kegels everyday.  Kegels are far and away the best exercise for controlling semen flow and acheiving orgasm control and stronger orgasms.  And this is where the key to better sex lies. You have to have a good size gun to fill the holster but once inside you have to know it won’t misfire…and when it does fire it better blow her away.

This year as your resolution set a specific goal for your size gain, and a date to hit it by.  But don’t stop there.  Your penis enhancement goal in the year of the ox should be a healthier penis.  Harder, bigger and full of fire…and you’ll be a real work horse…I mean Ox.

Jelquing Techniques

I wanted to share this stuff on jelquing that I found today on a great forum called Thunder’s Place.  It’s fantastic advanced advice that’s hard to find.  So enjoy, and thanks to the Thunder!

Grip

The grip can be applied in many ways. However it is applied, there are some important common factors.

Grip Factors

  • Strength - Matching strength and diameter of the grip to erection level to avoid changing pressure as a stroke progresses.
  • Consistency - The grip should be consistent throughout the stroke. It is easy to subconsciously increase or rotate the grip part way through a stroke.
  • Starting at the base - The grip should be attached as low down as possible

The standard OK grip can be applied in two ways, palms up (a standard OK) and palms down (an overhand OK). Though the grip is generally referred to as an OK grip there is no requirement for the forefinger and thumb to meet, what is important is that it traps blood effectively. To that end if it works to grip the end of the forefinger with the thumb or to use thumb and forefinger in a U shaped grip it is important to proceed with what works best. A U shaped (pinch grip) applied vertically will tend to work the corpora carvenosa (CC) most, encouraging girth gains.

If there is no intention to attempt bend correction the grip should be applied straight. If gentle work to help correct a bend is required then the grip can be applied diagonally with the leading edge of the grip on the inside of the bend. Do not expect dramatic correction, this is a gradual and limited process.

The effects of jelqing are a combination of stretching and internal pressure. If stretching and length are important application of a grip that less effectively traps blood but is stronger is sensible. This can be achieved with rotation of the grip at the point of application. Also if the first grip becomes a short stretch at the glans whilst the second grip is applied this is likely to have positive length effects.

Care should be taken to avoid damaging the dorsal nerve which runs along the top of the penis in the middle. There is a particularly sensitive nerve bundle in the top middle of the penis just below the glans and this should be avoided, either by terminating the stroke an inch before the glans or avoiding the area with a grip biased to sideways pressure. An overhand OK, locating the webbing between thumb and forefinger centrally is likely to be least likely to cause nerve damage and can fairly safely allow the stroke to be continued all the way to the glans.

To ensure that the entire penis is worked out thoroughly the grip should be varied during the course of a session. Mixing up overhand and standard OK grips and changing rotation of the grip at the point of application is a good habit to gain.

Its best to work up to full intensity. Even with a good warm wrap, a lot of spotting can be avoided by applying a low intensity grip initially and building it up during the first minute or so.


Angle and Position

An upward angle (penis pointing up toward the ceiling) will put most of the stretching gain into the tunica which is harder to stretch than the ligaments, so it can be used to try and minimize length gains (in combination with high level erections). An upward angle is associate with a standard OK grip. It is harder to grip close to the base using this angle.

A downward angle (penis pointing toward the floor) will place more strain on the ligaments. Its generally associated with an overhand OK grip and many people find it easier to both achieve a grip nearer the base and a greater pump effect from each stroke.

With a standard OK, stroking with the right hand whilst pulling the shaft to the left, and with the left hand pulling to the right, will apply stretch to the ligaments on one side at a time benefiting length. Pulling in the same direction as the hand in use with an overhand OK will have similar effects.

Some find that jelqing whilst standing increases the initial pressure of blood in the penis and thus the effectiveness. Similarly jelqing in a sitting position with the legs raised above the level of the penis should help. This will also encourage a slumped back which will allow easier access to the base of the penis and increase the downward angle when jelqing down.


Stroke

The speed of each stroke is extremely important. Stroke times of less than 3 seconds should be avoided. It is very easy to start at a good rate but increase to masturbation speeds if concentration is lost. Timing the stroke rate (either by counting ( one - one thousand, two - one thousand, three - one thousand) or with a watch or metronome is a good way to ensure that the speed is constant.

It is possible to increase the strength of the grip without encouraging a ramping of pressure during the stroke by lengthening the stroke time.

To encourage length gains many people end each stroke in a short light stretch (often unconsciously), very similar to a JAI stretch.

Correction of Penis Curvature: An Added Bonus

Penis curvature is extremely common as most of us know.  (Most of us just need to look down to see the proof).  Most would agree a little curve is no big deal, in fact it may just allow you to reach those hard to tingle places inside her…maybe…?  While this may or may not be the case (it obviously depends on your partner) there are more serious cases of penis curvature that can be down right troublesome, and in some cases painful and dangerous.

If you’re looking to correct your curve doctors suggest both jelquing and penis exercises such as a prolonged stretch along the leg opposite to the direction of your curve, as well as straight out.

While this should be your primary mode of attack you can also take penis enhancement pills (or the patch) to strengthen you penis which will greatly increase the effect of the stretches.  Stronger muscles, stronger blood flow, healthier veins and skin will help to accomplish a good, straight, and strong lightening rod.  And that’s the goal, isn’t it?

What’s Your Experience With Penis Size Enhancement? A Call to Speak Up

Gentlemen…speak up.

I’m a professional in this industry, an expert on penis size and all things to do with enhancement of the male member and sex life. I work as an advisor and writer for a penis enhancement information website (here). I also operate a forum and blog on which I publish advice, the results of studies, opinion pieces and product reviews. It’s a complex job, with a lot of responsibilities. To do it well, which I feel I do, I have to be pretty much more informed than anyone about what’s out there to increase your penis size, what works, what’s just crap and what’s dangerous.

I speak to people everyday who are going through a PE program right now—people who are seeing success, people who aren’t so much, and people who are just starting out. Coming from this perspective I’ve got to say the single thing that makes my job the most difficult is men’s hesitation to pipe up and speak about their own experience.

The other day I was contacted via my forum by a man who was interested in the penis enlargement patch and asked why we didn’t have more people talking on the site about whether or not the products we discuss were working for them.

It is a forum after all, why weren’t more men speaking about what methods they had tried and whether or not they’d seen success with them?

The man said he was a beginner who thought he could login and hear some advice from veterans. I replied to the message immediately because it’s something that’s been on my mind constantly since I started as moderator on the site. What I said was this: Unfortunately the large percentage of men on the forum were in situations similar to his own, they were new, and hoped to hear what others had to say but didn’t necessarily have much to say themselves.

People want to hear what others who’ve been through it have to say, people who have been through it no longer have the same need and so post far less frequently. This has to change.

I post daily on the forum with advice, with my own personal experiences and with recommendations of products that I know work, saying try this penis pill or this stretcher or the other, but I’m the administrator! People can only hear it from me so much before they begin to doubt my intentions.

(I’m just a soul whose intentions are good…oh lord please don’t let me be misunderstood….)

I posted this man’s message on the forum as well (http://forum.penisenlargementinc.net/) along with a call to action and have since seen wonderful results. It seems all I needed to do was demonstrate the importance to the more senior members that they share their wisdom to see them do it. The thing is even if you’ve been at it a while you have plenty to learn from others who’ve taken a different approach. The more you talk, the more others do…and so on.

So herein lies the point of this brief article. Consider it a call to action to all you men out there who have seen success or failure in trying to increase their penis size with penis enhancement product. Get on the forums get on the blogs and tell others your story. A more free flow of communication, and only that, will get this penis size enhancement community rolling.

My Response to An Article on Penis Enlargement Surgery

After doing some follow up research on my last post I came across a rather interesting and rather frustrating article on About.com. It was advocating for penis enlargement surgery, claiming that other methods don’t work. While I can’t single handedly prove natural penis enlargement methods work I can certainly inform people to the best of my ability and can certainly reveal a few of the reasons why surgery, even legitimately practiced (unlike the Doc in the post below) is not advisable.

Cost of Penis enlargement surgery: $4000 to $5000 dollars and up to $17000.

Here’s where I get quite adamant about my perspective. When natural penis enlargement is utterly harmless, and proven to work, why would anyone bother with methods that have side effects like these? :

# Post operation anxiety can detract from the pleasure or fantasy of a bigger penis
# During penis enlargement surgery things can go wrong. Problems may include:

# Damage to surrounding tissue and nerves
# Side effects of an anesthesia

Read more about natural penis enlargement and forget this expensive risk. That’s my advice.

The Most Sound Advice You’re Going to Get About Penis Enhancement

Hi guys, girls…the interested and concerned.

In talking to a few different people this week I found myself feeling particularly adamant about my general perspective on penis enhancement. In general, I’m hearing too much tiptoeing these days, not enough straightforward common sense advice about how to get a bigger penis quickly, safely and cost effectively. 1. Natural penis enlargement has to mean natural.

Hey man, it’s the modern world. Full of chemicals, carbon, computers and cell phones. Some More Notes On Jelqing

I just wanted to add some more general thoughts on Jelqing after posting the first technique. I would also reinforce the fact that I can’t recommend this enough as a legitimate method of penis enhancement, not just for increasing penis size but for improving sex drive and orgasm control.

First of all, at least 6 months of dedicated effort should be applied in order to see significant penis enhancement results. Jelqing works, but it works because of a consistent, regular day to day approach. Believe me the work is worth it though: you will see an increase in penis size.

Have reasonable aims. You’re not going to get a 12 inch penis from jelqing so keep your aim reasonable and you’ll find it that much easier to stay positive and aim for it.

Also, learn correctly from the beginning. Doing these exercises incorrectly over extended periods of time can not only lead to frustration from lack of results but can also produce undesirable results.

Get jelqing to increase your penis size and up your sex drive!

Here’s one suggested Jelqing technique, an essential part of a penis exercise program.    I’ll be posting more later.

Jelqing is one of the oldest and most effective forms of both penis enlargement curbing premature ejaculation.

Keep in mind that within the first month, little in the way of penis enlargement will show, but in the second month significant changes will be seen, particularly in your ability to control premature ejaculation.

1 - When your penis is flaccid or semi-erect, make an “A-OK” sign with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. With this hand, grip tightly around the base of your penis.

2 - Now starting from the base, pull the penis gently but firmly. Stretch downward and outward. You should still be flaccid or semi-erect. Make sure to apply even pressure all the way from the base to the head of the penis. You’ll notice that the head of your penis expands with blood.

3 - Switch to the right hand and do the same thing, starting from the base and stretching downward to the head. Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic (”milking”) motion, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head.

Do 200-300 strokes/day at medium strength for the first week. (10 minutes)

Do 300-500 strokes/day at medium-full strength for the next week.  (15 minutes)

Do 500 or more strokes/day from then on, and as strong as you can make them.  (20 minutes)

I recommend jelqing 4 days a week, one day on, one day off.

If you find yourself getting an erection squeeze harder to discourage it or simply wait until it subsides. If you feel ejaculation coming on, pause milking until the urge subsides. This is itself an exercise… one in self-control. One of the best ways to increase your orgasm control and curb premature ejaculation is to resist coming during consistent pleasure.

So jelq regularly, and enjoy it! Just not too much!  It’s one of the most effective forms of penis enlargement.
