Here’s one suggested Jelqing technique, an essential part of a penis exercise program.    I’ll be posting more later.

Jelqing is one of the oldest and most effective forms of both penis enlargement curbing premature ejaculation.

Keep in mind that within the first month, little in the way of penis enlargement will show, but in the second month significant changes will be seen, particularly in your ability to control premature ejaculation.

1 - When your penis is flaccid or semi-erect, make an “A-OK” sign with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. With this hand, grip tightly around the base of your penis.

2 - Now starting from the base, pull the penis gently but firmly. Stretch downward and outward. You should still be flaccid or semi-erect. Make sure to apply even pressure all the way from the base to the head of the penis. You’ll notice that the head of your penis expands with blood.

3 - Switch to the right hand and do the same thing, starting from the base and stretching downward to the head. Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic (”milking”) motion, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head.

Do 200-300 strokes/day at medium strength for the first week. (10 minutes)

Do 300-500 strokes/day at medium-full strength for the next week.  (15 minutes)

Do 500 or more strokes/day from then on, and as strong as you can make them.  (20 minutes)

I recommend jelqing 4 days a week, one day on, one day off.

If you find yourself getting an erection squeeze harder to discourage it or simply wait until it subsides. If you feel ejaculation coming on, pause milking until the urge subsides. This is itself an exercise… one in self-control. One of the best ways to increase your orgasm control and curb premature ejaculation is to resist coming during consistent pleasure.

So jelq regularly, and enjoy it! Just not too much!  It’s one of the most effective forms of penis enlargement.

Talking about penis enhancement with your partner

It should go without saying that its crucial that you discuss penis enhancement with your partner before going through with it. It’s a big process, heavily involved and though it is remarkably discreet for the outside world, it is very, very difficult to hide from your bed partner.

Penis Enlargement Basics 1

Hi everyone!

Let’s start off with a few penis enlargement basics so you all know where I’m coming from as I post new advice, news and research results on this much needed blog.

Who Am I?

I’ve been working with Penis Enlargement Inc. as a researcher and writer for two years now. In that time I’ve done a lot of reading as well as hands on research on the subject. First things first…

I always recommend a three tier approach as the most surefire of penis enlargement methods.

  • A herbal pill or patch (PEinc. recommends Vimax and VigRX for pills and patches made by Vimax and Maxiderm).
  • A mechanical penis stretcher (PEinc recommends the Fastsize).
  • A penis exercise regime

The most common error people make is to put all their eggs in one basket. You order a pill, take it regularly, see modest growth and have slightly better sex and you settle for that. Big mistake.

Hard work, and exercise combined with a herbal pill provide twice the growth in half the time. If you conduct stretching exercises, wear a stretcher in your off time, and supplement your herbs and protein with a good pill or patch you’re well on your way!
